Audi O’Bible: Psalm 13, read by Maro

Maro reads Psalm 13. Psalm 13 starts out as a lament with David being honest with God about his fears and anxieties. Bit when David reflects on God’s steadfast love and how he has trusted in Him in the past his confidence is renewed and he is determined to once more rejoice in God’s salvation.

Audi O’Bible: Psalm 63 read by Sam

Sam reads Psalm 63 for our first Audi O’Bible recording. Psalm 63 shows us David’s great confidence in God. He may be going through a tough time but David’s faith is in God and no matter what he’s going to God is still God and David will praise him. David knows God and he has hope, not because of who he himself is, but because of who God is.

First Audi O’Bible Session this Sunday

Our audio Bible project will be starting this Sunday (the 24th). We have nicknamed the project Audi O’Bible because it will consist of recordings of the Bible (the Psalms) being read by people from Ireland. The aim is to worship God while reading His word while at the same time encouraging the teens and give them more confidence in reading the Bible aloud as they explore and learn about the Psalms. The recordings will then be put online here as a podcast.

We will start this Sunday with a reading of Psalm 63 by Sam.
